How to Have Lips Like Kylie Jenner

For the past month or two I have been working in depth on ways to develop an interesting edge as far as image and fashion is concerned. Instead of directing me toward clothing, it has unexpectedly influenced the start of a beauty binge! I am currently researching a ton of new products recommended by beauty guru's and celebs throughout the web to naturally enhance my face on camera for photo shooting. In the blogesphere, its important to look your best and that is definitely one goal I am extremely focused on recently.

Since I have been attempting to get more crafty with my makeup, I could not overlook Kylie Jenner's new amazingly plump lips! Could she be the new Angelina Jolie of our generation?

I don't think I was the only one to wonder whether this was plastic surgery or there was actually a trick to getting this type of perfection. Kylie's half- sister Kim Kardashian has dropped the ultimate beauty bomb that Kylie's just really talented with her makeup. Kim further mentioned that "She only wears a lip liner, and then she fills it in. She doesn't wear a lipstick or a gloss. She goes between [MAC] Soar and Spice pencil...She's so good at makeup."referring to Kylie.  I would say this was the antithesis to what most would have assumed as it was an incredible beauty transformation.

A ton of people are trying this out or have been doing this for a while and it is MAJOR news to me. Since this information had been released, I was dying to try this out, and I am so incredibly excited that I did. I want to take the time to thank Kylie and her makeup artist for helping sisters out with thinning lips that want to remain natural.

I did some more research about the array of liner Kylie uses for her own lips and had gotten some professional advice about what would appeal to my own. I found that Kylie mainly uses Mac liners. The most popular liner I have gathered from Mac employees that is worn by Kylie is the Whirl liner, which has been on company back-order since Jenner's use. They have great nude liners as I wanted for my own look.

I also took a quick test online before going to The Mac Store to find the color that is correct for me and my skin/hair color. It was very helpful for me and I strongly recommend visiting You Beauty's Lipstick Quiz just to make sure that you remain on the right track if you're hesitant on getting the wrong Mac employee. You have to sign up using your email to get your results but they have not sent me spam mail since the sign up.

This technique is as simple as 1-2-3 to achieve and only costs around 17.00 per pencil even though you look like you just received some amazingly expensive lip injections. When I first tried this, I even fooled some of my friends into thinking I got some form of surgical enhancement done.

Basically, to achieve this all that you need to do is draw a line outside of your bottom lip and a little outside of your upper lip. You do not have to replicate the look completely if you do not want yours to look as large.

I decided to purchase the liners Whirl, Bodly Bare, and Nice N' Spicy (pro longwear lip pencil). Whirl is a slightly dark mauve shade, Boldy bare is a lighter pink nude shade, and Nice N' spicy is a little lighter than Whirl. I am in love with all three pencils.

To be honest, the regular wear pencil last through a lot without reapplication. I ate salad with a lot of dressing and finished a glass of wine without having to reapply while out to dinner. The color will come off if you rub your face by accident or keep biting your lips, and I'm sure it will also come off if you want to make out with a date, but it least it wont taste terrible!

The great thing about this liner is that it does not smell or taste bad and it's long lasting. The bad thing about using liner is that it's drying, so a combination of balm will definitely help prevent cracking and blistering in winter.
